Over my 17-year career I have had the privilege to lead several cross-functional, diverse and highly specialized teams with multi-sector experience in Sub-Saharan Africa / Middle East regions.
An agile thinker with the ability to manage complex environmental and social issues across multiple geographies at the senior executive level, or deep in operations.
A strong team leader with sound environmental project/program management skills with a reputation as a catalyst for sustained positive change, with the following areas of specialisation:
- Environmental, Social & Enterprise Risk Management
- ESG Policy & Standards development
- Environmental Management System Auditing (IRCA Lead Auditor Certified – ISO 14001:2015)
- Environmental Liabilities Reporting (IFRS)
- Environmental Master Planning (funding prioritisation with MC for CAPEX pollution prevention projects)
